Returns Policy

At Mind Motion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing via email at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not in a resaleable condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at streatham@mind-motion.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


6. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times can vary)
