This class is perfectly suited for those who are either; new to reformer, returning to exercise after suffering from an injury or for those who simply enjoy a more low intensity class.

Pre natal reformer will help to strengthen your back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles to help support you throughout your pregnancy and assist you during labour.
A low intensity class suitable for all levels, buggies etc are welcome and mats will be provided within the studio for any babies who are awake during the session.
This class focuses on building strength and control using only your bodyweight and the mat. A great way to develop core stability and perfect your technique.
A mindful flow that combines movement with breath to create balance in body and mind. Expect a mix of stretching, strength, and relaxation.
